Application process should have been completed with the school having all necessary documents for consideration. (Online application, 3 letters of Recommendation, transcripts, enterance exam) |

Families may complete application for Financial Aid and submit it no later than May 12th to be considered. |

Acceptance Letters will be sent to those accepted into MH-MA. |
| |
Families must confirm the intentions of their son/daughter by submitting the registration fee of $250 to the business office, in order to reserve their place. |

Notification of financial assistance decisions will be made. |

School information will be mailed home to families. A student's class schedule will be mailed along with this packet, but only if the registration fee has been collected as required in May. |

Medical forms including immunization records and physical evaluation forms should be checked and updated where necessary during the summer months. |
| |
Physical evaluations need to be completed each year for students who will be participating in athletics. Students must have this form completed before the first day of practice. You may download a copy of this form on the Athletics Page.
