2017-18 School Year

High School Diploma  (Apply)
Grades: 9th-12th (August-May)
Maur Hill - Mount Academy (MH-MA) is a college preparatory high school developed to model a college campus atmosphere. Students come from across the US and around the world representing a variety of cultures, religions, and backgrounds to receive the highly valued education offered here since 1863. Our tradition of welcoming and educating international students began in the 1930's and students to this day continue to experience a challenging and safe learning environment with a structured and supportive program. Maur Hill - Mount Academy offers ACT/SAT and TOEFL prep courses and is a certified testing center that administers exams throughout the school year. With the college preparatory curriculum that includes regular, honors, AP, and college courses both on our campus and at a nearby University, we prepare and guide 100% of our international graduates to universities across the country each year.

For students who require English as a Second Language (ESL) support, there are 3 levels available that include Beginner (I), Intermediate (II), and Advanced (III). The program is included in the student's academic schedule to ensure the necessary English skills are developed and support is provided towards their mastery. International students will take an English proficiency exam after their arrival to determine class placement, and if any ESL courses are needed.

Short-Term Study (Year or Semester)   (Apply)

Grades: 9th-12th, (August-May)

A long tradition of families from Mexico and all other Latin American countries and also Spain have provided the opportunity for their children to study abroad at Maur Hill - Mount Academy. Some families seek for their child to graduate from Maur Hill - Mount Academy (high school diploma above), while others want a short-term study abroad experience and then have their child return home to continue studies and graduate. We will
support the family and the student's school in the respective country to validate grades after their short-term study at Maur Hill - Mount Academy.
