Admitted Student Checklist - Day
Congratulations on your acceptance to Maur Hill - Mount Academy! Your decision to become a Raven is just the start of many great adventures. Please review this information and take the next steps to secure your spot at MH - MA.
Enrollment Fee
Your enrollment is complete and your place secured upon payment of the $325 enrollment fee. Pay online or send a check payable to “Maur Hill - Mount Academy.”
PowerSchool Enrollment Forms
Parents need to login to PowerSchool (just like you did for the application) and select forms in the left menu, and then enrollment. A list of enrollment forms will appear. These must be completed and submitted prior to the start of school. Some forms will require document uploads: medical insurance card, immunizations, and sports physical. If you have any problems uploading documents, please email to the Admission Office and we can assist you. Parents will continue to use PowerSchool to check their students class schedule, grades, and all other academic items. Students will receive their own PowerSchool login the first day of class.
Immunization Records
In accordance with the Kansas Department of Health regulations, we require all students to provide their immunization records before their arrival on campus. Parents can upload their student's immunization records into PowerSchool under the enrollment forms.
Please consult your physician if you have questions regarding immunizations requirements.
Medical Insurance
Upload a copy of your insurance card (front and back) to your PowerSchool account.
Athletics Forms
Students who plan to participate in our KSHSAA-sponsored sports programs must complete the required forms and waivers. We will provide most forms via PowerSchool beginning in July.
Additionally, students must submit to a physical evaluation and return the completed Physical Form signed by a healthcare provider. Download the form from the KSHSAA website, and take it with you to your medical exam.
Tuition Payment Plan
Maur Hill - Mount Academy offers several payment plan options. Our bursar will contact you to discuss and set up your payment plan during July.

School Supplies
Students should bring their preferred supplies to organize their school work. On the first day of school, students will receive a syllabus for each class with any additional items listed. Please refer to our recommended school supplies list to be sure you have everything you need.
