Dates and Deadlines
Students applying for day school status must submit the required documentation according to the following timeline:
- November 25, 2025: Application Open
- February 6, 2026: Early Application and Financial Aid Application Deadline, $50 fee
- February 27, 2026: Early Enrollment Open
- March 27, 2026: Early Enrollment Deadline (save $100 on enrollment fee)
- May 1, 2026: Regular Enrollment Deadline
**Note that Maur Hill-Mount Academy has rolling enrollment; any application after May 1, 2026, falls into our rolling admissions cycle, which allows students to apply within a larger window of time, but may involve increased fees and limited scholarships**
Incoming Freshmen:
- December 3, 2025: Registration Deadline for Placement Exam. This is held at 8:00 a.m. at St. Benedict Catholic School on December 17 for current SBCS 8th graders.
- January 3, 2026: Registration Deadline for Placement Exam. This is held at 8:00 a.m. at Maur Hill-Mount Academy on January 17 for any incoming 9th grader.
